Viralix Field operates as a comprehensive clipping community and educational hub focused on digital content systems, mentorship, and capitalizing on the creator economy.
By accessing or engaging with any component of this Ecosystem — such as accepting an invite, submitting an onboarding application, entering our Discord, buying a product, or taking part in community events — you acknowledge that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consented to these Terms. Participation is strictly prohibited if you refuse to agree to these conditions.
These guidelines apply uniformly to all standard members, community leaders, mentors, administrative staff, partners, and anyone interacting with Viralix Field.

Viralix Field reserves the absolute right to expel any individual who misrepresents their identity, fails to meet eligibility criteria, or violates these conditions.
Viralix Field provides operational blueprints, educational resources, frameworks, and mentorship under the guidance of Jarence Josh. Our mission is to train and empower members to develop high-income clipping skills and seize opportunities in the digital economy.

We expect every member to contribute to a constructive, respectful, and professional atmosphere. The following rules apply universally across the Ecosystem.
In addition to our Terms, all participants must strictly follow Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Breaking Discord's rules can lead to immediate banishment from our Ecosystem.
Interactions with peers and staff must remain respectful and professional. Disruptive behavior, condescension, hostility, or any form of harassment is strictly forbidden.
Members must avoid inflammatory remarks, slurs, and excessive profanity. Communication should reflect the professional environment we strive to maintain.
Any behavior or language that demeans individuals or groups based on race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, nationality, ethnicity, or disability will trigger an immediate, permanent ban.
Explicit, sexual, graphic, or otherwise Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material is entirely banned from all areas of the Ecosystem. Distributing such content ensures instant removal.
To maintain our focus on education and operations, highly polarizing subjects like politics and religion are banned.
Doxxing, DDoS attacks, distributing malware, cyberbullying, or any other digital threats are severely prohibited and will result in a permanent ban, along with potential reports to legal authorities.
Pretending to be Jarence Josh, other members, mentors, staff, or external entities is completely unacceptable and warrants immediate expulsion.
Trying to find loopholes, "technically" following rules while breaking their spirit, or acting in bad faith to undermine the community's integrity are considered direct violations. Enforcement will target actions that harm the community or cause confusion, even if they aren't explicitly outlined in the text.
All operational frameworks, training videos, documents, automations, templates, branding, software, and systems supplied by Viralix Field (referred to as "Materials") remain the sole intellectual property of Viralix Field and its licensors.
Upon joining, you receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to utilize these Materials purely for your own operational and educational purposes within the Ecosystem.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Infringing upon these intellectual property rights can lead to legal action, forfeiture of payments, and immediate account termination.
To protect the value and trust within our community, the following actions are completely banned.
You may not redirect or recruit Ecosystem members to external business ventures, alternative communities, networks, or agencies without written consent from Viralix Field administrators.
Funneling members into external revenue-generating operations, paid Discord servers, or paid coaching programs requires prior administrative clearance.
Members cannot utilize the insights, relationships, or access acquired here to run or build businesses and systems that serve as direct competitors to VF.
Extracting value from the Ecosystem to bypass or undermine Viralix Field for personal gain is strictly forbidden.
Launching breakaway servers, side-groups, or parallel communities using VF members without official approval is not allowed.
Any disguised attempt to pull members away, including vague DMs indicating outside chats, soft poaching, or indirect solicitation, will be penalized as a major violation.
Joining the Ecosystem specifically to scout talent, reverse-engineer our systems, or extract value in bad faith violates these Terms, even if no overt recruiting takes place.
Any joint ventures, partnerships, or leadership initiatives involving our members must secure administrative approval from Jarence Josh or the leadership team before launching.
Breaching this section carries severe penalties, including permanent bans, loss of paid memberships, public community warnings, and further legal actions.

You agree to keep all internal information strictly confidential and will not distribute, screenshot, leak, or share it with external parties under any circumstances.
For elevated operational security, Viralix Field utilizes separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to enforce confidentiality. Standalone NDAs provide precise, legally enforceable parameters that are preferred over a simple inclusion in these Terms.
Specific NDAs may be mandated depending on your role, such as:
Required NDAs will be provided when an opportunity or role is offered. Signing the NDA is mandatory to proceed; refusal may result in withdrawal of the opportunity or removal from the Ecosystem.
While Section 9.1 sets a baseline expectation of privacy, standalone NDAs strengthen these obligations for high-trust positions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an NDA, the signed NDA takes precedence. NDAs complement, rather than replace, the foundational rules established here.
Your duty to maintain confidentiality continues indefinitely, surviving the termination of your membership for any reason.
Viralix Field administrators and moderators wield full authority to uphold these Terms and protect the Ecosystem's professionalism and safety.

Members must cooperate with reasonable inquiries regarding suspected violations. Obstructing an investigation or supplying false data is an enforceable offense.
Acting in bad faith to manipulate systems or exploit loopholes is strictly forbidden, even if the exact behavior isn't explicitly written in this document. Actions that undermine community trust, harm peers, or bypass the intent of these rules will face enforcement.
All decisions made by Viralix Field leadership are final. While members can request private reviews of personal disciplinary actions, administrators are not required to publicly justify their moderation choices.
Coordinated bad-faith activities, chargeback abuse, fraud, intellectual property theft, NDA breaches, threats, doxxing, and discrimination will result in instant, permanent removal and potential legal prosecution.
